Great place to host 10 families and quite with ease of access to airport and the sports city - BK arena, amahoro Stadium. It’s a great estate.

The room was very nice and housekeeping were great. The location is good and close to most things, with moto taxis easy to get. Most of the staff are very friendly and doing their best.
Unfortunately, on the Thursday night of our stay, a customer who was not staying at the hotel was allowed to bring in his own speaker and play really loud music in the hotel bar until 2am. We complained to the manager Patrick multiple times and instead of prioritising the sleep of paying guests at the hotel, he allowed the music to continue. It wasn’t until I got out of bed for a third time at 2am that it was finally turned off. The staff knew we had our safari at 4:30am the following day.
Music was also loud throughout the week we stayed often until 11-12 at night most nights. A real shame as it could be a really brilliant place to stay.

I had an amazing experience at Saphir Hotel , truly is one of the best in Kigali! The service was excellent, the atmosphere was calm, and the view was absolutely incredible. What impressed me most was how the manager personally welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. It really made me feel valued as a guest. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful view in Kigali! 👏🏽✨

Great little hotel not too far from Kigali city center (10min)...Rooms are very modern & clean
Staff in Hotel & Bar, Restaurant are very professional but also very friendly ( They speak either English or French or both & of course Kinyarwanda

Close to many shops, Supermarkets,restaurants, and ATMs....Staff will always help you arrange transportation..whether you wanna go luxury or super affordable ( From SUV, Taxi, or Moto)
